We would like to inform you that, according to Art. 13 of legislative decree 196/03 “Personal data protection code” that all data that you have supplied, or that we have obtained within the PM Metals activity could be treated, regarding dispositions referred to above and reservation rights which inspire the Companies activity.
With “treatment” of personal data we mean the gathering, recording, organisation, conservation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking communication, diffusion, cancellation and distribution of data even in not registered by data bank.
We inform you that the owner of personal data is PM Metals and that all the employees and collaborators of the company have been appointed in charge of the treatment.
The data will be treated and transmitted for purposes connected and for use of our activities and so:

The treatment of data will be done through apt tools suitable to grant the security and reservation and will be carried out through electronic instruments apt to store, run and transmit the same data.

We would also like to remind you that, in every moment, you can ask to complete, update, correct or modify your data and practice all the rights that the law attributes to you according to Art 7 of the decree.
PM Metals will proceed to check your identity through the use of acts or documents available or through the exhibition of an identification document.
The person acting for the interested persons account shall have to show a copy of the attorney or of the proxy issued to show together with a photocopy of an ID document of the interested person. |
